SF Street Art Map

The fine folks over at Fecal Face started up a collaborative San Francisco Street Art map.
This is the kind of thing that could be potentially really cool as long as people take a little bit of effort and contribute. Take a look at what's there now, add your favorite tags, throw-ups, burners, wheatpastes, murals, etc., and maybe find something new.

Fecal Face 10 Year @ The Luggage Store Gallery

I checked out the Fecal Face 10 Anniversary opening at the Luggage Store Gallery this past Friday.  Needless to say I think just about every single local e-publication promoted this opening and as a result the turn-out was a ludicrous mass of ironic mustaches (are moustaches still even able to be considered ironic now?) and fixed gear bicycles.  Not to mention it was wall-to-wall people, which is a shame because it made it very difficult to move through and actually check out the incredible art that was being showcased.  I'm definitely going to have to go back and get a better look without the crowd.  I also went to the after party at the Mezzanine for a little bit, but the old gf wasn't feeling it all and she had to work in the morning so we split relatively early on in the night.  Word is the after-party might get a redux.
