Well, while the Manson family murders may not have been sexually based Arnold considers the crimes of Bruce Davis 'especially heinous' and says 'the 67-year-old Davis might still be dangerous,' ultimately denying Davis of parole for his part in the murder of two other Manson commune dwellers.
